When I got married in 2000 the thought of hiring a wedding planner was just a thought. I didn't pursue it because I didn't think I could afford one. Now that I look back I wish I would have hired one to help me with at least the day of timeline and the day of coordination.  Since I didn't I wasn't able to enjoy my own wedding. My wedding day started off by decorating the reception hall in the morning. Then I rushed across town for my hair and make-up appointments. Not to mention I was the chauffeur for several of my bridesmaids. I had to rush to get ready and walk down the aisle.

I was able to relax a little between the ceremony and the dinner. However, I didn't enjoy my own wedding. The night was filled with running around trying to find the banquet manager. (My guests complained that it was either too hot or too cold.) And I had decided have photos taken of our families during the reception. I had a large one and missed most of the night.

I started Heavenly Celebrations in 2002, not because I had so much fun planning my own wedding. I started this company Because after evaluating all my many skills I learned that being an event planner was a right career fit for me.

Since, then we have remained a small company. We take on limited number clients on each year to ensure we give all our clients our individualized attention. Although, located out of our home in Caledonia, WI, we service all of Southeastern Wisconsin.

Weddings are about the bride and the groom. They are uniting not only their lives but also those of their families. We believe each wedding should reflect who the couple is together, not just the bride and not just the groom. We understand that not all couples are alike and that means no two weddings are the same.

We have created packages to assist you at any planning stage you may be at, whether you are just getting started and need a little guidance or if you have contracted all your vendors and now you want help to determine what do next. We also realize that you may only need coordination assistance for part of the day, so we have created our Partial Day Coordination.

Weddings are expensive enough and when you start adding all the small stuff together, you can go over budget quickly. We believe that every couple should have the wedding of their dreams. With a little flexibility and creativity you can have the wedding of your dreams on any budget.
